If going by her just massage rates for "after-hours"(4pm-8pm) I can see her fs rates as much as seeing a high end provider

I haven't heard of her offering kissing, so she doesn't offer GFE. What she refers to as GFE is a social date. I haven't booked or heard from someone whose booked, but from those that have inquired some thought the social date included FS, others that it only included massage, and FS was extra 300 on top. FS or social date did not include kissing though.
