Hawaii bound!!! Any advice?

I'm planning a trip to Hawaii this April and I'm looking for advice.

I plan to stay in Waikiki, but would like to go to the Big Island to visit Volcano National Park. Any one know of any day trip services?

Any advice on hotels, restaurants, attractions?

Last time I went I stole a fresh pineapple from a farmers field. It was one of the best things I have ever eaten - still warm from the sun! I stayed on Kauai and Maui though.

Make sure you venture out from Waikiki, which is basically a strip of beach in the middle of concrete!

Drive around the island. There are other beaches, pineapple farms and other things to see.

Snorkel at Hanauma Bay! The fishies will be swimming right with you.

BBQ on the beach and watch the moonlight hit the ocean.Have been going to Maui four times the last three years.Still haven't seen the whole island yet!Take it slow you can go back.

The sharks in Hawaii are becoming an endangered species due to the changing ocean temperatures. The state of Hawaii has developed a conservation park where you can swim with the sharks. You'll really enjoy the interaction with these friendly creatures and feeding time is a 'must see' event. Remember to purchase some life insurance before your trip (you never know; you could slip and fall, be in a car accident or on the off chance you may be attacked when swimming with the sharks).

Don't schedule activities for every day (except pooning). There are many super gorgeous hybrid Asian girls there, it makes you head spin! Take time to sit under a palm tree and read a book and relax.
