Well I must be getting old
Recently had an appointment with Indys secrets in Calgary. COMPLETLEY forgot about it, we are talking no-show, 100% my fault. I didnt even check my email & get my reminder email from them. In short I was an idiot.
Well after I realized that I had missed the appointment I emailed them right away and appologised profusely. THose that know me know I am not one to ever miss or cancel appts as a rule.
Well they were totally cool about it and completley understanding. Didnt even have to pay a penalty even though I offered to pay for the full appopintment.
Very classy and proffessional all in all and I am very impressed!
