I agree.

There is a difference in execution.

Fascism is dictatorship by the elite. Communism is dictatorship by the commoners.

Ultimately both are brutal and insolent. But one promotes its own culture and superiority while the other sabotages and destroys.

Elitism of aristocracy and elitism of power are not the same.
