Was skipping throught the GS on SUnday when I happend upon this ad for someone in Metro town reasonable alanced price for service this alwasy cathes my eye as some of our long time Sp's are of the opinion these days that we pooners should buy and not rent and as such are charging us accordingly. I phoned this Sp up and was just chatting with her a biut and trying to gage her experience and I think she is a new one perhaps trying to pay for her condo with her clam sale.
