Did you talk to heather about this? I’ve used this agency for many year and with few unsatisfied sessions paid an hr n left within 30mins, Heather refunded me for the difference. I just generally book 30mins for a test run nowadays with the unknown ones. Sadly it’s always YMMV in this game
