Wrong city for me but I have done office outcalls in Vancouver. He is a regular for me and I am thinking you might not have to much luck if you are new to a lady for a office outcall. For my guy it was simple, it was his office and I just walked in, locked the door behind myself and went to his conference room, he is a big time financial adviser and acquisition guy. Bj under his desk while he bought or sold a company on the phone. People on the other end must have wondered why the long pauses between sentences 
Think it depends on your office. If you are the boss and send everyone away and no worries of consequences then not a problem. Otherwise could spell trouble for you, your job and the lady.

I know a business owner who often arranged office calls on Saturdays when he was the only person in the building. Nobody ever knew but some of the ladies he had visit him told me about it too so that would be another worry for some. The fellow was very wealthy and successful in business but he was not worried about the ladies talking.
Used to do it all the time when I was in an office building. However, I would always have them meet me after hours in a common area or in someone else's office on a different floor.
Yea it will be with someone I’ve seen multiple times. I have my own corner office but would def prefer to do it after hours, far to busy during business hours.
