How do you even book with vipotg?

I tried booking by sending them a PM, sent a text message to both their numbers and no response.

Tried calling, they picked up and a lady told me that she will call me back, so I wait for about an hour, no calls no nothing.

I tried calling a different number and they told me that they don't accept new customers and just hang up.
