I see an ad for Haru today, is this the same one with the fantastic reviews, or is it a new girl that they're trying to capitalize on Haru's name?

That's the same Haru they have always advertised, she has good reviews, you may be confusing her with Haruko who Vipotg brings in a couple times a year who has AWESOME reviews.
