I've narrowed down to these two ladies: Harmony-BC or Playful Alex. If you've seen them both, can you please let me know the differences in experience between the two?

Having only seen Harmony, but having been impressed by Playful Alex's posts on perb, I'd see Playful Alex. I wouldn't repeat with Harmony - just my opinion.
