Harassing client. Won't stop emailing, texting and calling our line

I've had a client texting, emailing, calling all day. We spoke early in the day. He was looking for a reputable agency inVancouver. He said he's had nothing but trouble here and spoke bad about the sp's in this city's I reassured him he would not get that treatment from Vancouver Elite and if he would like to book I had just the right lady for him (in this case, an acquaintance of his).

He didn't initially book. He just kept contacting me and during the times I didn't answer/respond within minutes he would send me harassing messages saying he knew I was a fraud and what not. I assured him that we are very reputable and do not lie about our ladies looks, age, services or photos.

I told him to email me to book as I would be out of the office and couldn't answer th phone. He emailed a few times, but didn't book. He then proceeded to send me multiple emails/texts over the course of an hour telling me he was going to review my agency on the boards saying we are fakes, frauds, use fake pictures and double book clients. Which is not true. He also said he was going to have his "lady friends" review us and flag our ads.

He is still at this moment harassing me. His name is Jason and hi handle is apparently twelfth. He didn't give a specific review board that he said he was going to review us on, but just in case, the information he's giving is my true.

I got the same person harassing me today ... he was threatening to write a bad review. I told him to go ahead and do it. We didn't have an appointment to begin with.

His number ends with 9628 ? He is relentless on the text messages. This is the second guy this week. Looks like Lynda might be getting a lot of complaints this week ...

Don't worry yourself. The vast majority won't turn to reviews as they will judge themselves and if they like you - they will surely book again and again.

Also most members understand that they need to read with a grain of salt. There's a lot of shilling both highly positive and extremely negative. It's a numbers games if there's a dozen or so reviews then it gives more legitimacy to which way things lean, good or bad.

Best policy: blacklisting of sketchy, problematic and concerning inquirers. It keeps you safe! No amount of money is worth compromising standards

Hey there VCD,

I completely agree. We are very selective in whom we do business with in hopes that we don't run into these types of clients. He was just so persistent. Calling, texting, emailing to the point that my lines were busy. He is definitely black listed and blocked from all further communication. Thanks for the advice
