I have tried to figure out this place from the postings here but I am completely confused.
Is it like an AMP with individual rooms or is it like a Turkish Spa with hot rooms, a steam bath and a cold pool?
And if it is like a Turkish spa, where does one exit to find a place to do the dirty?
If someone knows the process, please explain.

If you mean Miraj Hamaam spa in Vancouver, It's a very authentic Turkish Spa styled as you speak of.
Totally legit.
Nothing even close to an amp.
