You could alway tie them up and then shave the guys balls. Tie up his balls to get the skin stretched to properly shave them, but for torture waxing is best.... He would be screaming in no time..... Add a little bit of aftershave..... wa la

For beard shaving:
A word on cheap plastic safety razors, be careful with them. The more expensive razsors work (with 3-5 blades) better on stretched out skin. Mostly talking face here not ball.
Not sure about those razors that have razor blades in them??
