If she's charging 100 then I do have some intel. Its not first hand but I remember coming across a post a while back that mentioned she wasn't very good. They mentioned she look like she was on pcb and didn't satisfy the person posting the review.
I don't have much experience on here but its generally safe to assume you're not getting top quality service if the rate is low.
If you are referring to Hailey in Nanaimo I saw her last weekend and she was very good.
I found she tried very hard to give me exactly what I wanted and had a wonderful pair of boys toys. She is located in a house in the central part of Nanaimo which is quite discrete and easy to find. Hailey is a blond with a good tan and does have a number of tattoos and piercings including hardware in the trunk. She is not a clock watcher
Hailey is definitely not a spinner.
I probably would not see her again as she just isn't my type however that's me not her and she did work very hard to provide excellent service, is very personable and fun.
If you request pictures she will provide them and they are accurate and I would say recent.
I do question the price above of $100. She quoted $200 on BP and this was not a negotiable thing as far as I saw.

If Haley (sorry for misspelling before) had lower prices for what I really enjoy which is a great massage followed by a great HJ I probably would go back as other than the price she definitely does know how to do an incredible HJ.
