Yes, Victoria has many "survival workers". BP is full of them. It's easy to spot them right away, Nanaimo even worse :-(

Good thing the offences took place before Bill C-36 became law. Now the poor John would be in a real catch 22 situation. Mr McKay set up a perfect situation for such scammers.
Yes, it was reported. I still happen to have the link to the old BP add, that no longer exists. A long time regular client of mine had the same experience happen to him. Obviously, the info was deleted.
