Anyone recommend a guitar repair shop? Googling shows everything from local mom and pop shops to places for pros where Angus Young is listed as a customer. One of my pickups died and I want some advice before breaking out a soldering iron. Thanks.
Yes but I want to be sure before unsoldering the pickup. It could also be the volume or tone controls. I don't have a Fender style guitar where the front pickguard cover comes off so it's more of a pain to get into the electronics.
Have you tried Tom Lee? Even if they don't do the repair I am sure the guys that work there will be able to recommend a place...they have been helpful to me in the past...
