Agreed, but I think the ladies are a little fearful of pissing off a client, especially a first-time client. There's always the chance that the guy could react violently, or make a big scene and expose her to her landlord or fellow tenants. I think a lot of the ladies grin and bear it for that time, and then refuse to see the guy again.

BTW, asking stinky guys to take a shower doesn't always work, and not just because some of them don't pay enough attention to their nether regions. I know 4 different SP's who had this problem of dirty clients (some were even regulars) and they were concerned about YMMV details in reviews prompting them to ask why THEY couldn't get what clean clients got.
The only thing you can do is suggest as the client comes in the door that he might want to have a shower, since being clean is a real turn-on for you (it should be obvious unless he's a Neanderthal) when you are being extra intimate with him (any expectation of BBBJ).

Any guy who can't pull back his foreskin by the time he's old enough to start playing with himself (ya - like 6) has a medical condition know as Phimosa. If you're really concerned about this and are wondering how to deal with it you might want to let him know what Phimosa is and mention he should see a urologist. If he truly can't pull back the foreskin or if it's painful for him, it needs to be addressed as it can cause other complications - especially if it impedes urination. Not to mention the fact he's probably missing alot of sensation/enjoyment if he can't get his foreskin back.

On young boys a urologist will often take a wait and see attitute as it sometimes works itself out. Obviously your client is not a 6 year old and if he has this condition he should really have it looked at. If I was an SP I would want my clients to be clean, so why do SP's include the shower time in their sessions?

I'd like to see some of the more expensive girls for a half hour session, but with a pre-fuck solo shower I end up with about 20 mins of action.
I would end up paying about $200 for 20 mins - $10 per minute.
