I would have no idea how to deal with someone else's personal hygiene in a pleasant manner. You can suggest a shower or say "I don't think this is going to work out." That's about all one can do.

The men on here post all the time about SP's hygiene, I am surprised that men show up without having showered or cleaned themselves.
