Greetings - After the door closes

It is interesting reading reviews - after all, that is what perb is all about. I find it interesting that after the door closes at the start of the encounter, the action seems to take one of two directions:

a) A passionate kiss, tongues entwined, hands all over each other, clothes almost torn off, and great difficulty in making it to the bed to continue with the action.

b) A gentle hug, perhaps a light kiss, looking after the transaction, some get-acquainted chat, and a casual progression to the bed.

(I will assume in both cases that the gentleman has showered just prior to his arrival.)

I am curious about preferences, both from the man's point of view, and the SP's.

Personally, I consider myself to be a gentleman, and think that b) is most appropriate, BUT, a) sure strikes me as being extra exciting. Are any SPs agreeable to case a) when it is a first time encounter with the client?

I would LOVE to be greeted as in type A, but also think it is highly unlikely on a first-time encounter.
Chemistry needs to be established for this to have any degree of authenticity.
