There are a number of providers who operate in the Osborne village area. It is a very short distance from Grant Park. Not every neighborhood is going to have a provider.
15-20 minutes is my average travel time when I see providers, 45 minutes in the summer when on my motorcycle as I partake in pre stimuli.
The Jess and RubyLabelle both operate in or near osborne village, as do some regular traveller's.
