I’ll be heading to GrandForks in the next little bit. Does anyone know of any locals there or a place to get a massage

Yep, I’m not spending a nickel south of the border until they get their shit together down there. Plans cancelled.

If you have to go, I know it’s tempting to poon when you’re away with time to yourself, but I’d be very cautious about trying it down there. Regardless of the current political situation they’re a puritanical bunch with ridiculous attitudes and laws regarding sex work. Too many pitfalls for my liking.

If you really want to you might try the Sugar Baby route, if you have some time to plan and do the leg work before you go. Any town with a university will usually have some options, but I’ve never looked in the GF area.

What is hilarious is that the (R) and MAGA are dismissing the Canadian travelers are being inconsequential. Desantis has stated that they won't notice any change this year should Canadians decide not to include Florida in their travel plans.

There are a substantial number of Canadians who spring break in the US, Florida specifically, who have decided to go to Mexico or Cuba or somewhere else instead. It is going to be felt, for sure. And will be even worse next year if things don't normalize, because a lot of travel plans were made and paid for before the fallout.

I just wonder how much pain the average MAGA need to suffer in lost revenue and inflationary tariffs before they start to wake up.

I could see the magats naming and shaming you on Fox news for political points.
They would love to catch a Canadian exploiting their womenfolk
I wouldn't risk it even in Vegas in the current climate.

Even though clients are criminalized in Canada too, I would imagine the likeliness of having a run-in with law enforcement, and the consequences should that happen, would be greater in the US. It's a risk I won't take as a provider and I would be wary as a client as well. Seeking out a 'sugar baby' instead won't protect you.

Unfortunately, every Canadian provider, or even online-only SWer, is at risk of customs & immigration connecting their identity to their ads and being interrogated and eventually banned. I know multiple colleagues who have been banned from the US for 5 or 10 years despite having no intention of ever working there and simply being on vacation.

I'm pretty wary of traveling to the US as is. I haven't been since 2022 and won't be back until things change dramatically.

Scary times out there, everyone :(

Typical false bravado spewed forth by all the MAGA idiots whenever someone points out that their tariffs will hurt Americans just as much or worse than Canadians.
I was all set to take my granddaughter on a Disney Cruise next winter (she'll be 4 1/2 by then) but no more. Going to an all inclusive in Montego Bay instead!

Not sure about grand forks. I did find an Amp in Fargo that I visited a couple years ago.

Last time I was in Kansas City the State Troopers had a device which downloaded the entire contents of your phone. There was debate regarding its constitutionality, but the LE was doing it anyway.
I don't know if they can read it on the spot or if the data is collected and dumped into the NSA data center for collation.
They might even be installing spyware while they examine your phone, like pegasus.
Gathering hundreds or thousands of these dumps would certainly yield identities of sw's and customers. So even if you have a brand new clean phone your number may have been in someone else's conversation.

Regardless, Canadian women are of a far higher standard then american and I wouldn't waste any money there.

I know a number of people who have cancelled trips recently for those reasons. Bravo.
My summer plans changed.
Many better places to monger than USA anyways: Dominican Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica, Amsterdam, FKK Clubs in Germany/Switzerland/Austria or Thailand and rest of SEA

Facial recognition especially the eyes. There are databases.
Or it could be the 9 dildos of various lengths in the carry on. 😝
Yup, this is potentially the single biggest factor. Scary times we live in.

The joke doesn't really land when this is a significant source of stress and fear for people in my community.

Woody laughed.

I know it’s serious business even flying within Canada. I won’t even see a sp in another city in Canada especially on business.
He's a client, it's not comparable at all. He doesn't have ads and photos all over internet and he wasn't required to use his ID to join sites like Onlyfans.

You're probably fine flying within Canada but I understand the concern with mixing work with play on a business trip!
