Got my Tens unit today

I bought it on Ebay for $15 and it got here in 7 days from China though it did have an Ontario postage mark.

I have been dealing with burcitis in both shoulders for some time.I have tried everything from massage/laser/shockwave with laser/accupuncture/cortisone shots....I have tried it all.I did a 15 minute session on each shoulder tonight on level 4 and I gotta say I am feeling the best I have felt in a very long time.

Same type of unit is sold as "Dr Hoe's pain management" system and it is just a TENS unit but marketed to the ignorant and it costs $250......look on Ebay and get the same thing for 10% of that.

Just putting this thread out there for the 40+ years of age guys that may be dealing with the same condition.....getting old sucks and yeah you get aches and pains and in some cases you get chronic conditions.....this is the best result for me thus far and my shoulders were seriously fucked up.

I looked into these as well. There are several on Amazon. I just don't trust the made in China stuff, the reviews usually indicate that they don't last very long. I'm also looking into the Tim Tam and the DiY versions.

One thing I would consider is how to get extra pads and how they attach to the wires.

Pain relief (the above ref explains how it relieves pain). It is also supposed to help blood circulation as it contracts the muscles. I was reading that the best place to put the pads are at acupressure points??

I went to a physio therapist who used the tens unit on my shoulder. As I was supposed to do movement, the pads kept coming off, so tape was used to keep the pads in place.

Also the gel you use on the pads (between pads and your skin), where can you get that?

I got a Dr Ho unit on sale at London Drugs last year. It's been well worth the purchase for whatever aches me.

As the author of this thread I say to this.....NO.I have been smashing my shoulders with this device for a week now and there is no way I would use it on my junk/fuckstick/meat&veg/the old soldier/dick/cock and whatever you could think of calling it.

Damn I think I would rather walk barefoot over broken glass than attach this thing to my nether region.Truth be told it could be a good method of torture that makes "water boarding" seam like a walk in the park.

Don't hack it until you tried it. And don't use it full blast, start with low intensity and work up...There are some good doms who can do this really good, mind you they also have specialized tools for the electrode ends... those flat pads don't stick well around certain areas.

As for pain relief, it works, as it is supposed to stimulate blood flow in the muscles and release endorphins.....
