Gorilla Glue question?

I've used the stuff a lot fixing things around the house.

Recently I was asked to use it on a container for cooking. It's ceramic with a stainless top. The top requires new bonding to the ceramic.

Would Gorilla glue be considered Food Safe if allowed to cure for several days? Afterwards, the food container would be subjected to high heat for approx 10 minutes.

You are correct. The MSDS Sheet is when the product is in it's liquid form. Once cured for a full 7 days, Gorilla Glue Dries White is 100% waterproof, it can be submerged, it is non-toxic and totally inert so it will not leach anything into the water to bother your fish. Be sure to follow the standard directions and "Damp It", "Glue It" and "Clamp It". Lightly scratch up any non-porous surfaces first where the glue will be and plastic applications will be 'trial and error'.

They go on to say it is
completely non-toxic after curing. The only caveat is that if subjected to
temperatures over 212F for over 4 hrs (at a time) may lead to joint failure
once cooled.

I doubt very much that the glue will hold its Bond under high temperature let us know how it works

I suggest go to london drugs and buy a thing called lazer bond . It looks like a blue pen and has an epoxy activated by UV light (attached). Costs about 20 bucks but I even repaired my high pressure hose with it.
