Google Street View

As a followup up to a similar previous thread.

Now for those of you who are curious and maybe too much time on their hands.

Has anyone wondered where their car was on the day and time the google satellite or the google street view camera went by. I happened to go look a few days ago. Nope not at home, and not at work, not at the stores i frequent. UH - OH... I go and check.. whew its not at my fave SPs WHEW. Yes the plates would be blurred but it is a fairly distinctive vehicle. I check back in the history sat. pics and there is my collector car, the one day I decided to take it to work. BUT currently I cant find my daily driver.

I was behind the street view car for several blocks on my bike. It looks like they edited me out.
There are almost never cars in front or behind on street view. Either they edit the image or they make another tour.

hah its nice to look at my house on street view, it says that was taken on April 2014...what a very different time that was than how it is now but it looks completely the same except for a few details. I go to my bedroom window and think, it was extremely messy inside there at that time, no one had a clue you can't ever tell from the outside hah!!! Today it's normal though not a hurricane disaster

I use street view to check out areas prior to giving an estimate
I’ve found numerous pics of company trucks & once of me driving in Victoria but I’ve never checked to see if truck at SP’s place
Interesting thought though

With the detail now way up there, there is 2 chances to find your vehicle. Both street view and the satellite image. That is if like my special distinctive colour daily driver, or my collector car.
