That has to be the dumbest move by google to date. Why? Because now every tom, dick and harry with a copyright claim will actually end up pursuing.Now Yotube has someone owning it with deep enough pockets (to the tune of $150billion) that are worth suing. Previously it was largely ignored as a small start up without the financial resources to be a worthwhile going after.

I am sure the lawyers are already salivating now that the blood has hit the water.
