Good Place to Watch UFC...not in the downtown area

Usually, I just download it a day later, but wouldn't mind checking it out live at a local establishment.


Can anyone recommend a good place to watch it, that won't be full of people...

Also, no places downtown, unless free parking...preferably Burnaby

I go to our usual coffee bar on commercial dr to watch the fights. Its good because it isnt packed and not many people think about coffee bars showing it.
