Good Bar/Pub in Vancouver/Richmond?

Any good suggestions for a good bar/pub in the vancouver or richmond area?
What i am of coz is a good bar where its possible for random hookups..

Perhaps even ones where cougars hunts?

I highly recomend the Fairview Pub on W Broadway In Vancouver. I'm to report The sightings of many cougars over the years all on the prowl, but be careful they do bite

the Flying Beaver on the south side of the airport in Richmond is especially good on a Friday or Saturday. I've done quite well over the years there. Cougars, young 'uns..you name it, they're all there.

good suggestion. i often forget about the beaver. one more i'd add that can be fun is the foggy dew in richmond on westminster hwy i believe. as for a great pub in vancouver............................. if you find one let me know. i've been living here ten years and i'm still looking.

I'm walking distance to the Fairview...count me in....although when i was there last (years ago) it seemed more like the bus service from way down E Broadway was working effiiciently judging from the cross-section of clientele I saw then...

I have to agree,friday&sat nights the place is packed to the rafters,live entertainment,pool tables,out door patio with tvs and a big screen,fireplace,,,,,,,,,,oh,,and lots of "cougars" and the young folk.
It's a great hunting ground

Pub-ics

The Fairview or the Yale would be my 1st choice cougar grounds, but often too loud to yack.

For pubs, the Beav and the Elephant and Castle at the Airport are useful. If you strike out and just want to oogle babes, go to Sammy J. Peppers on #3 road, sit at the bar, and get a great tunnel shot everytime the perky waitresses open the fridge for a cold beer glass. Yummm!
