Been told never to go to massage places they are a rip off. I was in Tijuana late last year and early this year....just walked across the border, no questions asked. Been told, new procedures are in place, now the gov't require a passport for the pedestrians but not for drivers. Once across, should never pay more that $5US or 50 peso for a taxi to take you to Zona Norte. Top tier (Hong Kong & Adelita...(some are up to 10 in looks)) next tier (Tropical(up to 8 in looks)) and lastly, Las Cheves and Chicago(up to 6-7 in looks). Late last year, HK girls were asking $80 US...I was able to talk them down to $60/30min on a week day. You can grope all the girls walking around for $1 each, just make sure its not someones girlfriend (yes some patrons bring their girlfriend to the club). Or test drive a girl by taking her to a booth, buy her a lady drink and see how friendly she is with you.
If you want to go economical...go to the ally behind HK & Adelita....they may start with $40 or $25US...but if you are good with negotiations...you should be able to get her for 200 peso(16 C$) for 20 min. Looks ranges from 2 to 7, you might be lucky to find a couple of 8s, out of the 50 girls standing out there.
