I knew there would be a cap when this whole dam thing started. I use to hate teams like detroit & new york for having the $$ to buy any player they want. Now the canadian teams can be competitive in the market.

One nice thing about the rangers that I liked the most was that
they put out more money than anybody else and didn't even make
the playoffs in the last two seasons.
