We all spend $ on something that we could have invested into something better for ourselves.

Be it smoking, drinking, toys or other habits or hobbies
(Or stupid girl(s) we were chasing before)

But we all do it because it gives us happiness (however short lived it may be)

I think it''s all about perceived value (at the time) and it may be one of the reason why we all make money in our daily grinds.

My sex life consist of escorts and porn

So yeah im definitely trying to stop ,

Its going to take a lot of hard work because i have essentially taken a human need that everyone has and distorted it because of my difficulties in having real relationships...

A lot of people would think i have my priorities fucked up by seeing sp's and that may be true but it also helps me cope with depression ...even if its temporary

I've stopped pooning since my relationship with my SO has ended.

I hit up Tinder and hooked up with a few girls since our relationship ended.
Currently seeing 2 girls from Tinder and I haven't partaken in this hobby for over a month now... Seems like a record to me haha.

I find meeting girls from Tinder way more satisfying than pooning because there is more of a draw to be able to actually pick up a girl when they have plenty of other men chasing after them.

I used to visit the forum at least once a day now it's once a week just to catch up on things I've missed.
You a young model or something?

Second reason is that I always feel guilty afterwards. I always ask myself "why did i do that?"

tossing out this suggestion...right before you book your next session b/c of the short shorts, or feeling the itch, go jack your monkey and ask yourself, "do i still want to book a date?" if the answer is no, then don't and take that money you would have spent, go buy something nice or go do something you normally don't do, right away!!! deferred/delayed sensation gratification may be just what you need. replace one with another. i talked last summer to a former cocaine addicted business owner who now does the Ironman regularly. he said, "everyday i wake up and choose, train, or return to coke", he's late 40's married two kids.
