i'm assuming this is her ad. i would highly suggest not going for the SPs with unverified ads since the error to success ratio is probably 4:1 higher than with verified ads (or something along those lines atleast).

i have had this experience happen in the past and i know how it feels. indeed, i don't like when the SP advertises much more than what they give you, and asks for 2x the amount for FS when you see them. it's a pretty good bait and switch tactic.

you can learn by experience though. try to use reverse image lookup as much as possible, and prioritize SPs with some social media presence for best results. a public reputation is a good way to quantify someones integrity.
