it does not look like a technical issue as both websites are up and running but just have no SP's listed.
I think Alvira used to work at SweetVIPs as I recognize the photo set up as being the same. I am sure I have met her there but I just can't place who she was at SVIPS

Yes looks like a bare site, could have been hacked or lost all their content somehow, any number of things could happen to make them revert to an empty site.
I enjoyed reconnecting with Alvira from earlier days, I will repeat. Probably changed her former name for privacy.
