Whats wrong with my pooning theories?

Whether I'm younger than 23 is my own business, but I can tell you, I'm legally mature to poon. As long as you reached your mature age, you do not need to be mentally mature to poon, the min age is 18, or 19 if alchohol is involved in the session, not 23, not 30.
