I actually assumed the OP meant LOOKED that age when he said seem - and if that's what he means, you DEFINITELY look 19-21 no matter how much of an old soul you are on the inside

Ah, I thought he meant acted young as well as looked young. It's weird, with the right outfit I can definitely look a few years younger, but with a different outfit I can look a few years older too. I'm kind of like a shapeshifter!
