I would tell you most of the girls are great. Very few give a bad name.
Picking a girl depends on you and your preferences.
Pick a girl then search and read about her and her reviews. If a girl has a bad review that does not mean she is bad all the time. Some girls are not very professional and can not really be consistent in their services. (however, if you are new I`d just seek those without any bad reviews)

Any girl who advertises as a sGFE/GFE provider would have no problem with kissing and getting on top of your face.
What would help is if you described what you want the girl to look like.
Try going to Legends or Extreme Body Care and just ask to meet the girls on shift and let them know your looking for a safe Girl Friend Experience and ask if they are comfortable with that.
