Saw the add pop up on Leolist and thought I'd check it out. Got the address and went for my appointment. Knocked on the door but no answer after a minute or so. Something didn't feel right so I bailed.

Add seems a bit too good too be true and location is out of place. I'm thinking maybe a prank or scam

I texted when I parked and left my phone in the car. Knocked, but no answer. They should've been waiting. Nobody likes to stand out in the open waiting for the door to open.

Messaged when I got back to car and they said they were sorry they missed me.

Anyway, if the place is legit, it's going to draw a lot of attention.

As noted, the add seemed like it could be a scam and something about the place didn't seem right.

Why would I go back? I've got better things to do than knock on the door of a random house on a busy street so I can maybe get robbed or whatever. Plenty of known and trustworthy places.

To me this ad seems legit. There is a lot of detail in the three! ads they posted. Also they had an ad to recruit girls with pictures of the house earlier.

Went in and tried this this place out. It is pretty close to me so couldn't resist.
