I was messaging her and she definitely wasn't good with English, but I figured being here for a few days, I could TOFTT, and boy was it ever NOT worth. Definitely avoid. I don't know why I didn't just walk away, but I just felt I should go through with it just to see if there was any value. Paid for the hour, got a middle of the road massage, and got the deed done quick. Also note for those that are suspect of ads in the future, once you get the address, it may be worth it to Google the address. That ad for LL came up when I searched hers, even though no mention of address is there, but the rates were the same.
