I had to repeat as my first experience with Gill was not only outstanding, but unexpected. She came out of the gate hot and heavy and it kind of knocked me off my game. In a good way. The mamasan gave me a friendly goodbye so all was good, I think.

I can't help but wonder what these regular clientele, who just go for nails, think when they see or hear things. Kanokwan on View St (now Weng Lan) was like that; once, I showed up while a very innocent looking East Indian lady customer was standing there at the front desk to inquire of basic services.
