I have done gift cards for Aritzia, Freedman Shoes Michael's, and La Vie en Rose which all went over very well.

Going for some retail therapy together is fun too if she will go out in public with you.

Yea I get a kick out of taking them shopping. However I only do this with with ladies who respect me and the dollars we spend. I have taken some who just take advantage of the situation. Like "Oh I like those sweaters I will take one in each color. At $110 a pop I thought I was a little excessive. However I had one in Toronto once who took me to Holt Renfew but went up stairs to buy her dress of the sale rake. I was so impressed I bought her the second one that she liked. If I know how to make it I know how to spend it.

Just watch out for the sharks there a lot of them. I find it rare to find one who does not take advantage of the situation.

I have only done it for one in particular. She was extremely grateful and still thanks me to this day.
