Nice of you to reply as a provider. I’m not about to get into an argument on here but maybe you can take it as a sign that something might be wrong with your phone/app. Other than my own experience you can see from other posts that we do not feel that you “always respond”

I’ve been doing this for 25 years and I’ve always used my real phone so it works. But I have seen this situation many times when a provider uses text app or pay per use 7eleven phone cards or whatever and they dont always receive messages. Some of those phone card carriers and text apps dont receive properly from iMessage or MMS. Anyway, good luck and I’m not going to try again until someone writes a review on you.
