Trying to define service by phrases used in ads is a pretty hopeless endeavour. There have been arguments about GFE, PSE, etc. on here forever. Hence, the reason for a review board.

That's so true. One sp's "open minded" is another's "PSE". And I do find that with mps and agencies, sometimes the site or phone girl will list things the actual sp is unaware of & doesn't actually do. Makes it awkward for both sides, or she ends up doing it & you can sense the reluctance.
In other cases like CL advertising, the poster will say GFE without any idea of what it is supposed to mean. The only solution is to ask direct questions.

I always thought "open minded" was more of a "YMMV" type saying. Like the provider is open to X, Y, and Z but not with all clients.
