Whoever thought of the term "GFE" with regard to this business, must have been either an idiot or a con artist!

It's just sooo stupid! I hate it! I wish it would die!

I know it has been discussed to death and I'm sorry for bringing it up again but ever since the term "GFE" was invented, it's become synonymous with confusion and ripoffs.

Service providers are not girlfriends and should not market themselves as such. It's bad for SPs and their customers.

I think SPs should just advertise the actual services they offer, e.g. FS, DFK, BBBJ, DATY, greek etc.

Otherwise there will forever be confusion over this.

K, on a serious note, I am all for speaking the truth more clearly.

What is a better route to advertise services that denote GFE as opposed to PSE?

I personally use the term, b/c it means I am FS, which can be confusing to those that knew me when I was non-FS.

I should start a poll about what would be a better means to convey such information, but I need your guys' input firstly.

I know, I've used it myself in reviews and everytime people pm me about "does it included this, does it include that, and why doesn't it??"

Well fuck if I know!! I didn't invent the damn term!

Tell the Mods to make a law against it or something.

xoxoAmie, I understand the point you are making, and I agree with aspects of the article you listed.

I feel like I may not be able to offer love like a wife, nor is that even a desired effect of the cause.

But, I can feel warm and fuzzy knowing someone that I see frequently is coming to visit. We build a rapport, and get to know each other's nuiances, and just plain like each other. I get excited to see them...count the days...etc.

I don't feel like everyone that walks away feels wasted and used. I don't think I could do this job, otherwise. I pride myself that it is an honest transaction.

I'm sure that you have the same interactions, and lots of good ones!

I think the article is better suited to someone with sub-par service, which isn't like either of our service ethics.

I've sought something in the past, but learned that I didn't really even know what I wanted.

I'm taking time to learn myself as best as I can.

Hopefully I can answer my own question when a relationship hits me right between the eyes.
