You lost me when you acknowledged that she could out you to your SO.

WTF are you thinking paying someone for sex who knows your SO? Recipe for disaster IMHO.

I think it is really sad that this young lady is in this position and it sounds like you made an offer she couldn't refuse because she wanted money for gifts for her kids at Christmas.

Whole thing has a bad smell about it.

Sorry...almost anyone can refuse almost any offer, even a mom who wanted money to buy gifts for her kids at Christmas. Thinking anything else is lame, and pits her as the poor victim.

No, she made the deal voluntarily. She could have gone to the Empty Stocking Fund, to the Y, or to any other number of places that helps moms with kids gifts at that time of year. I doubt the new BF came along in a day and a half; she shouldn't have agreed to the deal (she may even have agreed, hoping she'd find a way to get out of the sex), plain and simple. And now she bails...sorry, no pity.

If she really intended to make good on her end, she wouldn't be pissed now that he's decided that he wants the money paid back. IE. She was really hoping for the free financial help. It's just a stupid deal (on both sides) gone bad for everyone...

paying in advance usually means putting the money on the dresser just before she rips your pants off you, not paying days or weeks ahead on some vague promise to jump your bones at a later date

unless i got it wrong, i think you learned a valuable lesson about escorting - obviously a lesson that you needed to learn - and it wasn't too expensive. there have been guys on this board (they're certainly all gone now, lol) who spent THOUSANDS of dollars on an escort so the escort could get out of the game - but in the end the only game was the john. consider yourself lucky
