Also has anyone had issues with SPs not being tested or clean, non of the providers have a public link to their latest test result (With Private information removed)?

Always assume you need protection. Definitely when topping or being a bottom. Anyone can lie about their status including us customers. Some will provide bbbj both giving and receiving.
