I think you can find a good older masseuse or average masseuse who is younger/prettier and offers decent extras. I don't think I've found the combo you are looking for in Victoria but maybe someone else can recommend one.
I agree completely. Xia best massage by a long shot. Several others close but all mature ladies.
You might want to try iMassage, but there would be nothing close to sexual with them however. They do provide a good massage.

I find most fs parlors in this city to be pretty bad when it comes to the massage skills so fs ends up feeling more desirable from my view.
