And one lady in particular has gone off the deep end with this info...just look at her site....its a joke, to the point i've written a complain to her website's hosting company now...personal info out there in the open, this woman does not know the meaning of discretion, or common sense for that matter, the sp world would be a far better place without her in it (and if you want to know who, just pm me) But i think it's pretty obvious who i'm talkin about.

When you see the pattern of disgruntled men versus elated women, it does tend to show that the site caters to the expectations of the sp's rather than the clients. As already stated, if there isn't a better balance, clients will go elsewhere in a heartbeat, as there are already many other sites with new ones emerging. One aspect I see that could have been a great thing, but has turned into a reason why I won't see many of the sp's there is the Ladies Lounge. It should be a forum that addresses safety, yet has turned into a forum where tons of clients' personal information in posted and not for safety reasons either. The bigger issue, is that information does not always stay in that forum. Posting client's names and phone numbers if they pull a no show??? A shitty situation, but that's not cool at all.

Wow, quite apparently not, since you're clearly not a Lady, and yet you have quite a bit of information about the contents of the LOL. What a shame!

No one, not even a Mod, has the time to fully control what happens in an LOL. Like perb, there is most probably a wide range of personalities and behaviours in every online community.

The Ladies lounge does protect and keep the ladies safe and helps them stay away from time wasters - when a few negative incidents arise it does not mean the entire section and parent site is classified as a write off.

The same can be said about perb. Clients can post fake info/reviews, sensitive info and create multiple handles but in the end the over all benefit of the community must be looked at.

Claims of robberies and violence in the end must be proven to some extent, so only after several posts can I go and make a ban. Therefore we prefer those claims to be made on perb, a reputable and independent review board away from ERS.
Action was not taken promptly in the past, and I do apologize for that, but as I mentioned it will be from now on.

Fake pictures are currently apart of the industry. Until clients stop seeing escorts with fake pictures, escorts will continue using them.
We do have ERSVerified and ERSDir in place to encourage real pictures. It does have its flaws and users can and will abuse it. Through community reporting we do un-verify the users abusing the system and we do not sell verification.

ERS is here for the long haul and we are committed to improving the user experience. We do listen to feedback from the community and do not take our position for granted. We want to continue to improve and be apart of this community.

Makes complete sense, so it makes me wonder why these particular people seem so intent on trying to turn your site into something else, rather than simply doing what your site requests of them to deal with these issues.

Nik, you have some reading and banning to do - you have plenty of advertisers on your site ripping off pooners, in one case using a blowtorch to threaten them! Whenever these warnings have been posted in your own lounge, you or your staff have deleted them. Nice of you to commit to acting now, I guess we'll have to wait and see if you actually do anything about it. While you are at it, how about some of the blatant fake pic users? there's an entire thread created here now just to track those.

I get you need to keep the paying ladies happy. but you keep ignoring the guys who actually pay the bills and we will go elsewhere eventually. Ad sites come and go. There will be a new one along any minute and believe me, if they do a better job of you on these issues, the guys will drop you in a heartbeat. As it is, your lounge is a ghost town thanks to the antics of the paid ladies you have let run wild over there.

SAFETY is a number one priority, however so is wasting one's time, which we also see in reviews consistently (that works both ways guys). And would depend on what one considers to be a no-show or waste of time. You know how some guys gather intel about ladies residences, make lists and threaten violence? Then you've got guys on the phone threatening violence for not getting their way, before they even book an appointment. And what about guys inquiring about BBFS? Valid safety concerns.

I doubt that a lot of us that respect discretion deem that as being acceptable, not sure why you haven't posted that in it's own thread here in neighbourhood watch or discussed it with Susie. That's a MAJOR safety concern. And some times the obvious isn't so obvious for those of us who don't participate much on here.
