Game 2 or 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals, which one would you choose?

Close buddy has offered to take me to a game. It's either game 2 or game 5, my choice. Game 2 will be guaranteed to be played. Game 5 has the possibility of not happening if there's a sweep. On the other hand there's the chance I could witness the final game at Rogers Arena this season with the Canucks winning the Stanley Cup.

Should I go for a guaranteed game in the Finals or take the chance and go with Game 5, even though there might be a sweep?

HA! Good one. It's been about 17 years since the last time we were in such a spot, I shouldn't be picky.

That reminds me, 17 years ago, it was an honour to partake in the Canucks parade that started behind West Hastings St and Granville. The Canucks parade headed south on Granville St. I rode behind the boys sitting up in the back of open convertibles. Stan, Harold, Curt... sigh... has it been that long?

Now back to Brokebastard's dilemma... do you really think our boys will lose 4 straight games? Go with your gut.

Peace.

GAme 5 hands down.

There was a string of years where the Cup Finals were constantly sweeps but in the last decade, most finals have gone deep.

I was at game 6 in Edmonton in '06 and the excitement with the Cup in the building was unbelievable. Since the Oil lost anyway, I almost wish the Canes had won that night so I could've seen the Cup presented.
