Hey did anybody from Perbland go down to Everett for the Guns and Roses concert?
It brought back memories of my ill spent youth. Unfortunately Axl didn't come on till 12:00 midnight so it made for a pretty late night with the drive back to BC.
Sebastion Bach, ex Skid Row frontman belted out the hits as well including Youth Gone Wild and 18 and a Life.
It was a mostly a Axl luvfest with the audience singing all the songs. The crowd faves were of course anything from Appettite for Destruction with the
"Welcome to the Jungle" anthem starting the 2.5 hour set off.
I didn't miss any of the other band members since anybody can play the notes but few have the pipes Axl posseses.

I remember a thread a while back about concerts so I know there are at least a few rock'n'roll pooners out there.

I love the Gunners as much as the next person, but they have to be original. I was just down in Vgeas this past weekend and some hotel theatre had The "new" Cars performing (sans Ric Ocasek).

so "just anyone" can play guitar like slash? i guess going to a jimi hendrix experience concert and hendrix not being there would be fine cause just anyone can play those notes?

i'm sure it was a great show and axl can be quite the showman when he's not acting insane but in my opinion to keep using the g'n'r name despite being the only original member is pretty weak.
