I have seen some pretty funny commercials, in fact I have noticed a trend more towards using humor to sell crap(as opposed to inundating us with images and logos), don't know if it works, BUT I LIKE IT.
Just now I saw a skittles commercial with a young guy giving his grandparents skittles. They love them and the old man leans over an starts scratching the record on the turntable while the granny gets up and starts rapping. I'm thinking "oh god" but she was quick and ended with "bustin moves to shock you" then rips open the front of her shirt and flashes her grandson. Too fuckin funny!!! He gets a blanket to bundle her back in her rocker btw.
