Fuck Telus customer service!

First I get this mother fucker with a harsh French accent that i can barely understand. I told him my concerns but he's like so what. Says he'll be back in 1 minute, puts me on hold for 21 minutes then disconects me!
Then I get this bitch who must be having her period and forgot her pads at home.

I had to call 4 times and still did not get my questions answered!
I say i want to talk to a customer service manager.
asshole says i can't and the manager will call me in 72 hours?????
I say WTF!!!

I go outside for a smoke cause i'm pissed off big time!
Call them again and asked to talk to customer service manager.
Bitch says whats your problem? i mean concerns.
I say my PROBLEM is i want to talk to customer service manager.
Bitch gets pissed off and gives me all this bs about she has to know about this and that.
I say give me your name as i don't like your attitude!
She then passes me to someone else which i don't even know if it was a manager or not.

Nothing solved and another $100 monthly bill from Telus!

I decided to just fuck Telus and just get another phone from fido or rogers and call forward my Telus number over since i still have a contract with the fuckers!

Man Telus needs to improve or no one will go with them.!

Ask to speak to the customer loyalty person, if you havent done so already. Tell them that you are about to cancel your service, due to how you have been treated. Did you keep a record of who yo spoke to? If so report them as well.

I have been with telus mobility for over 10 years and averaging $600 a month on my cell bill.

I had the most amazing customer service rep for the last 5 years (before that I don't remember). She gave me her direct line and told me to call her if I had any problems.

In December she called me to tell me she was moving on, that she had finished school and was about to embark on her chosen career.

That is where my content with Telus ended. Those fuckwads can't put 2 thoughts together.

I just shut down my data service and am in the middle of moving all of my cell service elsewhere.

It is a shame, they are the only part of Telus that is making money.

Incedentally my friend in Red Deer is having problems with them too, she said with all their extra millions they should get language classes for those that cant speak it, lol more was said about that, but I dont want to offend anyone here

You're too much of a wimp.

As soon as I get a French guy, or anyone else with a heavy duty accent, I immediately say: "Is this call being recorded? I hope so. Your English is so horrible, no one can understand you. You shouldn't have this job answering telephones. Please either get me someone else or get me your manager right now."

Rogers has fucked customer service also. I canceled with them and I kept on getting bills. I Had to phone back a couple months later to cancel again. They denied I had phoned the first time and I had some french guy with bad english telling me there was "no request on file". I asked to speak to a manager and the line I recieved was that he left for the day and I'd have to phone back.

I called back again the next day and the manager was gone supposedly...after that I knew it was hopeless and gave up taking the extra couple hundred in the ass.

The customer service was excellent up until recently. I think they have an escalated customer service department. Somehow I have been bumped down, so my plan is to shut everything down and call forward driving my bill down to the minimum (around $100 a month) and see if they call to find out why they are missing so much revenue.

telus is just fucked!

I have used shaw cable for internet since it first became available. About 3 years ago, without my consent, telus aka fucked company, started to bill me for internet on my home phone bill! They said a 3 month minimum, even though I never used the service, I had Shaw.

I punted my home phone and fax numbers.

For my fucked company mobility account, it is recorded in my file that when current contract expires, and I can take the number, it will be moved to another carrier. Have told them why and therefore it is not negotiable! Big mistake, they have my nuts over a barrell, because that number is my business they treat me like shit every month.

An awfull company!
